Our team worked on redesign & rebrand of the Wellness Forever invoice that goes out to the customers after the transaction is made.
Currently, every other retailer or merchant is looking to go digital and provide an interactive platform for the users to engage. Nowadays, we don't even take paper receipts from anywhere. Even if we take it, we throw it in the bin.
Wellness Forever wanted to design an interactive platform that speaks their brand value and provides an easy, intuitive experience for their customers.
With our UX methods, we understood about different pain points of all the stakeholders. Interacting with their customers got us a clear target on what we wanted to achieve. Minimalist yet informative.
The end product turned out to be a mix of both of them. We feel proud to say that there were no revisions. The design was accepted as the FIRST DRAFT

Initially, we were overwhelmed to see how can we have all of this information within the first scroll of the mobile device.
The information being so descriptive, we had to figure out various iterations to fit all the data while still making it look minimalist.
The next step in the process was to move each of the pages to Adobe XD to explore possible design alternatives and come up with a high fidelity wireframe in terms of how the content hierarchy would be displayed.

The following phase was developing the details; it needed to end up being ready to fit the organized layout. The text hierarchy, graphics, as well as images, required to end up being coherent with the overall look & feel and delivering the message precisely.
